Mobile apps for iOS and Android
Apps your customers or your team open every day on their phones: fast to start, clear on a small screen and useful even with a patchy signal.
Designed for one-handed use and real working conditions
Notifications, camera and location where they add something
App Store and Google Play listings, with the details confirmed in your consultation
Web apps
Tools that run in any browser, on any device, with nothing to install. Often the quickest way to replace a manual process.
Order forms, quote requests and account areas
Works on desktop, tablet and phone from one build
Updates reach every user the moment they ship
Internal dashboards
The numbers you check every morning on one screen, pulled from the systems where they already live, instead of three exports and a spreadsheet.
Live figures for orders, jobs, tickets or bookings
Filters and views for each team or location
Approvals and simple workflows built in
Customer portals
A place where customers look things up themselves: invoices, orders, documents and account details, at any hour and without a phone call.
Secure sign-in for each customer
Invoices, statements and downloads in one list
Payments handled by your payment provider
Booking apps
Customers pick a real, open slot and get a confirmation straight away. Your team sees the booking on their own calendar.
Availability from the calendars you use, where they allow it
Automatic confirmations and reminders
Rescheduling without back-and-forth emails
AI features
An assistant inside your app that answers common questions, drafts replies and books appointments, built on the same kind of AI as our AI automation services.
Answers from your own information, not guesswork
Hands the conversation to a person when it should
Optional: the app never needs it to work
HOW IT WORKS
From First Call to Launch, and After
The same five steps on every project, so you always know what happens next.
01
Discovery
We start with the problem, not a feature list: who uses the app, what it must do on day one and which systems it needs to talk to. The first conversation is free.
02
Design
Screens you can click through in your colours and type before anything is built, so changes are cheap and nobody is surprised.
03
Build
Development in stages, with a working version you can try along the way instead of a big reveal at the end.
04
Launch
Testing on real devices, app store submission where it applies and a planned switch-over from the old way of working. The details are confirmed in your consultation.
05
Support
Fixes, updates and new features after launch, on terms set out in your agreement.
INTEGRATIONS
Connected to the Tools You Already Use
Information entered once and shown everywhere it is needed. Which systems your app can connect to is checked during discovery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
App Development — Questions, Answered
01What kinds of apps can you build?
Mobile apps for iOS and Android, web apps that run in a browser, internal tools and dashboards, customer portals and booking apps. If you can describe the job the app needs to do, we can talk through the right shape for it.
02Do I need a mobile app or a web app?
It depends on who uses it and how often. A web app works on any device with nothing to install and is often the simpler starting point. A mobile app makes sense when people use it daily, need it offline or rely on phone features such as notifications or the camera. We will recommend one honestly in the first conversation.
03How much does a custom app cost?
It depends on what the app has to do, how many screens and integrations it needs and whether it has to run on phones, in a browser or both. After a free consultation you get a written estimate based on your actual requirements, before you commit to anything.
04How long does it take to build an app?
Timelines depend on the scope. A focused internal tool is a much smaller project than a customer-facing mobile app with payments and several integrations. You get a proposed timeline with the estimate, and the work is delivered in stages so you see progress early.
05Can the app connect to the software we already use?
Usually, yes. Most modern CRMs, calendars and payment providers offer ways for other software to connect to them. We check what your systems support during discovery and tell you plainly what is and is not possible.
06Can you add AI to the app?
Yes, where it genuinely helps. Examples include an assistant that answers common customer questions, one that drafts replies for your team to approve, or one that books appointments. It builds on the same AI automation work described on our AI services page.
07Who owns the app and its code?
Ownership, licensing and hosting are set out in the agreement before work starts, so there are no surprises later.
08What happens after the app launches?
Apps need care after launch: operating system updates, bug fixes and the features you think of once real people use them. Ongoing support is agreed up front and set out in your agreement.
09Who will I work with?
Phil Morales is your point of contact from the first call through launch and support, the same one-agent model FiberX uses for every account. You always know who to call.
