Agreement

These terms apply to your use of fiberxinternet.com and to communications with FiberX Internet LLC ("FiberX", "we", "us"). By using the site or booking an appointment, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

FiberX is a multi-carrier agency. We compare offers from carriers and providers and help you order business internet, voice and related services. The services themselves are provided by the carrier or provider you choose, under that provider's own service agreement. Information on this site, including prices and timelines, is general and is not an offer. Your quote and the provider's agreement set the actual price and terms. Our price promise is described on our Pricing page.

Appointments

When you book a call through our website, we use the details you give us to schedule and hold the appointment and to contact you about it. Please give accurate contact information. You can reschedule or cancel by calling 478-758-8091 or emailing info@fiberxinternet.com.

Text messaging program

• Program. FiberX Internet LLC sends text messages about your quote, your appointments, and offers about our business internet and AI voice agent services.
• How to opt in. Check the optional text message box on the booking form at fiberxinternet.com. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to book. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, and then no more. To start again, check the box on our booking form again or reply START.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@fiberxinternet.com or 478-758-8091.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Using the website

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes trying to break into it, disrupting it, scraping it in bulk, or submitting false or someone else's information. The site's content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to FiberX or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work to keep information accurate, but carrier availability, pricing and installation timelines change and are confirmed only in your quote and the provider's agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FiberX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our communications. Liability for services you order is governed by your agreement with the provider of those services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
