How FiberX Internet LLC collects, uses and protects your information, including the mobile number and consent you give us for text messages.

Who we are
FiberX Internet LLC ("FiberX", "we", "us") is a multi-carrier agency for business internet, voice and AI automation services. This policy covers fiberxinternet.com, our booking form, our phone lines and our text messages.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book an appointment or ask for a quote, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, any notes you add, the appointment time you pick, and whether you checked the box to receive text messages, with the time you checked it.
Calls and texts. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages. Calls to our main line may be answered by our AI receptionist, and we may keep a record of the call so we can follow up on your request.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization turned on) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies and similar technology to collect information such as your browser, device, pages viewed and approximate location. Our pages also load fonts and scripts from third-party networks, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
How we use your information
- To schedule and hold your appointment and to contact you about it.
- To prepare quotes and order, install and support the services you choose.
- To send text messages, but only if you opted in. See "Text messaging" below.
- To answer your questions and provide customer care.
- To understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud and abuse.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Carriers and providers we quote for you. To price and order service, we share the details needed for that, such as your business name, service address, contact name and requirements, with the carriers and providers we request quotes from.
- Service providers who work for us. For example, our calendar and email provider, our phone and text messaging providers, and our website analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Text messaging (SMS)
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing described above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We send text messages only to people who opt in by checking the text message box on our booking form. The box is optional, unchecked by default, and not required to book. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Messages cover your quote, your appointments, and offers about our business internet and AI voice agent services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can use Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. LinkedIn advertising preferences can be changed in your LinkedIn account settings.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide services, keep business records, and meet legal obligations, and then delete it. We keep a record of your text message consent and any opt-out request for as long as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Email info@fiberxinternet.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
